Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Tier 3 IT Infrastructure engineer in Texas to troubleshoot, configure, and manage server, network, and data center issues. You will resolve critical incidents, coordinate with engineering teams, and provide top-level technical support to customers.

The role requires strong communication skills, on-call availability, and the ability to travel to Toyota sites as needed. On-site work in a manufacturing/IT environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT infrastructure support including servers, network, data center, and storage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-pressure incidents.
• Ability to interact with Product & Engineering teams and customers.
• Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016 and related services.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 technical support for IT infrastructure issues across server, network, data center, and cloud domains.
• Lead problem resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with SMEs and vendors.
• Administer Windows servers, DHCP, DNS, SCCM, and storage solutions.
• Serve as front-line interface between customers and engineering teams with clear communication.
