Gruve is a dynamic software services startup focused on AI-powered security, cloud, and customer experience. This role handles L2 incident resolution, Linux system administration, and performance tuning across SUSE, RHEL and Ubuntu, working within ITIL-aligned processes.

You will investigate issues, apply patches, manage configurations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime and SLA adherence in a global 24x7 support model.

Competenze

• 3–6 years hands-on Unix/Linux system administration experience.
• Experience with SUSE, RHEL or Ubuntu and OS patching.
• Knowledge of ITIL Incident/Problem/Change management.
• Basic Shell/Bash scripting; Python exposure is advantageous.
• Experience in SLA-driven enterprise production operations and rotational shifts.

Mansioni

• Resolve L2 incidents and service requests for Unix/Linux servers.
• Administer SUSE, RHEL and Ubuntu environments and perform OS patching.
• Investigate CPU, memory, disk, process, and service issues and perform health checks.
• Coordinate with Storage/Network/Security/DB/Cloud teams and support 24x7 operations.
• Follow ITIL processes and maintain runbooks and shift handovers.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 with diagnostics and logs.
