Qualifications

• 1-3 years of basic knowledge of RHEL/SUSE/Ubuntu Linux.
• Familiarity with common commands: df, du, free, top, ps, grep, tail, systemctl.
• Understanding of incident management, SLAs and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server availability and infrastructure alerts.
• Perform routine health checks of CPU, memory, disk, and services.
• Log incidents and escalate to L2/L3 with relevant data.
• Maintain ticket updates and shift handovers.
• Coordinate with global support teams for 24x7 operations.
