#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking an L2 Field Technician to support a NC-based MSP client in Charlotte, offering hybrid onsite/remote work after training. Salary ranges $60,000–$75,000 with benefits; travel up to 50% locally. Start ASAP.

Sponsorship not available, 40 hours Mon–Fri. Initial onboarding requires daily Winston-Salem attendance for two weeks. You will manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and end-user systems, troubleshoot hardware, and interface with vendors while

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support experience, MSP experience preferred.
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Experience with end-user hardware and servers.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support to external clients.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and end-user systems.
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, networking, printing, peripherals.
• Perform onsite hardware installations and client onboardings.
• Configure and deploy workstations, servers, networking equipment.
• Identify when onsite visits are required and optimize travel.
• Interface with vendors for hardware and warranty support.
• Maintain documentation and client records.
