Tata Consultancy Services Limited is recruiting for an Engineer role in Huntsville, AL, providing Tier 2 IT support including research, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents that exceed Tier 1. You will handle hardware and software issues, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and work on-site in US facilities.

The position requires strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to work Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM EST, with a salary

Competenze

• Provide Tier 2 (L2) support by diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving incidents that cannot be resolved by Tier 1.
• Handle break/fix requests, configuration issues, troubleshooting, software installations, and hardware repair.

Mansioni

• Work across multiple sites and travel to other sites when required.
• Provide on-site technical support and respond quickly to issues in data centers, computer rooms, or server rooms.
• Use ServiceNow as the ticketing tool.
• Maintain knowledge base and update tickets with resolution details.
• Move equipment and perform inventory-management tasks as needed.
• Support end-user hardware and software issues and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
