Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking an L2 Deskside Support Technician in Princeton, IN. You will provide expert Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, image computers, manage iOS devices, and handle printer/networking issues in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Responsibilities include using Intune, ServiceNow, Nexthink, SCCM/Citrix, and VPN/AD for secure access. Strong hardware skills, OEM experience, and customer focus are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years IT support experience.
• Strong hardware/software troubleshooting with OEMs.
• Experience with Zebra printers/scanners, Nexthink and remote tools (LogMeIn).
• Knowledge of SCCM, Citrix, and workspace management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 deskside support for Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Support iPhones/iPads and Apple devices.
• Image computers via PXE or USB (offline media) and manage deployments.
• Configure Intune for device management and use ServiceNow for ticketing.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues with OEMs (printers, computers, phones) and support Zebra devices.
• Assist with VPN, Active Directory, and remote access tools like LogMeIn.
• Utilize Nexthink for end-user analytics and monitor workspace services.
• Work with SCCM, Citrix and data-center infrastructure components.
• Maintain TCP/IP networking knowledge and data center cabling/ rack operations.
