Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Jacksonville, FL to provide L2 production support for critical investment banking applications. The role requires Oracle/PL-SQL expertise, Unix/Linux experience, and exposure to ITIL processes.

Familiarity with AWS-like or GCP environments and monitoring tools is a plus. As part of the IT operations team, you will assist in incident management, service requests, and problem resolution while contributing to DevOps and automation efforts

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Production Support and L2 support for critical applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and PL-SQL is required.
• Unix/Linux operating systems experience is essential.
• Cloud exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
