Job summary

VOLTO Consulting in Jacksonville, FL seeks a full-time Production Support engineer with strong UNIX/Linux, PL/SQL, and Oracle DB knowledge. Experience with GCP and monitoring tools is preferred.

The role requires ITIL-based incident and change management capabilities and collaboration with DevOps for automation. Responsibilities include L2 support for critical investment banking applications, handling incidents and service requests, and ensuring continual service improvement with efficient issue

Qualifications

• Experience in production support with ITIL incident, change, and problem management.
• Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux OS and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on with GCP and monitoring/automation tools.
