Job summary

SOLO is hiring for an on-site Level 1 Support Agent in Utah. You will listen to customers, document issues, and relay details to L2 when needed. The role focuses on quick, clear communication and customer satisfaction across calls, emails, and live chat.

You’ll stay current on SOLO products, help educate customers, and build strong internal relationships while delivering reliable support and solutions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in Customer Support, taking calls and writing emails.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic problems.

Responsibilities

• Listen to and understand the customer, and effectively communicate solutions while maintaining a professional tone.
• Stay up to date with new features and educate customers on improvements.
• Develop relationships with team members to increase collaboration.
• Document all interactions to improve internal reporting and support quality.
