Palm Life is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Customer Service Representative in Utah to join our in-person team. You will respond to inquiries, resolve basic issues, and manage customer communications across multiple channels to ensure timely and friendly service.

You will handle order tracking, create replacement orders, and coordinate with carriers. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and comfort using common software; Zendesk experience is a plus.
