LVT is seeking a Customer Care Specialist at our American Fork, Utah headquarters. You’ll be the first line of response for customers, diagnosing hardware issues, guiding through troubleshooting, and triaging to specialists as needed.

You will work with our support and technical teams, ensuring accurate communication and a positive customer experience. This on-site role requires registering as an Alarm Agent with Utah and passing background checks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service in call center, retail, or similar.
• Typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with documentation and diagnostics.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Professional communicator in a business setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone and email requests and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with field technicians to locate units and optimize configurations.
• Troubleshoot incidents with a prescriptive diagnostic process.
• Configure video analytics on IP cameras to improve performance.
• Triage complex requests to appropriate technical teams.
• Document findings and actions in ServiceNow.
• Deliver a positive experience in every interaction.
• Execute one-off projects as assigned.
