The role focuses on LMS administration, instructional design, and collaboration with subject matter experts to develop multimedia content and effective learning solutions that align with Civista's goals and brand.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, instructional design, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS; Litmos experience preferred.
• Experience with e-learning development tools, such as Articulate Rise or a similar platform.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and learning technologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, project-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive learner experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Civista University (LMS) administration, including users, roles, permissions, and reporting.
• Design and develop engaging learning experiences using instructional design principles.
• Create multimedia content and reinforce learning through microlearning and videos.
• Collaborate with SMEs and vendors to develop accurate content.
• Monitor engagement, usage metrics, and learner outcomes to drive improvements.
