Job summary

SentiLink is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to define and scale our learning strategy. You will own onboarding, fraud education, and leadership development, building programs that help employees grow throughout their careers.

You’ll lead learning across the employee lifecycle, partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps, design practical solutions, and deliver them at scale across U.S. and India with a mix of remote, hybrid, and in-office work.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Consulting or Learning & Development.
• Experience building and scaling learning programs.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong program management skills and ability to drive multiple initiatives.
• Experience designing learning experiences for adult learners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
• Curious, collaborative, pragmatic, and highly execution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own learning strategy and prioritizing initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with leaders to understand capability needs and develop practical learning solutions.
• Design and facilitate engaging workshops and learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders.
• Improve access to knowledge by building scalable resources and self-service tools.
• Measure effectiveness of learning programs and iterate using data and feedback.
• Act as the primary owner for learning and development at SentiLink, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
