Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced L&D Program Manager to design, launch, and scale a multi-pillar capability-building ecosystem. The role integrates growth, HiPo, leadership development, and onboarding, with AI-enabled approaches and measurable impact across the business.

You will own end-to-end program design, partner with People Partners and Talent Acquisition, and drive dashboards showing completion, ramp time, and mobility outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Learning & Development or Talent/Organizational Development, with a track record of building programs from the ground up.
• Mastery of instructional design and leadership theory, turning learning into measurable impact.
• Exceptional program management, juggling multiple builds, vendors, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Fluency with learning tech and LMS platforms (LearnUpon) and curiosity for AI-enabled tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with dashboards and metrics linking learning to business outcomes.
• High-impact communication and facilitation, influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-wide learning programs from scratch (capability building, enablement, onboarding).
• Own growth/careers framework, internal mobility, and HiPo programming.
• Lead Leadership Development programming and related awards/recognition.
• Redesign onboarding from new-hire to role-based tracks and programs.
• Manage multiple concurrent program builds from concept to scale within timeline and budget.
