Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Strong project management, organization, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience developing and delivering both instructor-led and online training.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training curriculum and resources.
• Deliver in-person, virtual, and hybrid trainings.
• Manage and maintain the LMS and training records.
• Collaborate with leadership on succession planning and talent development.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and outcomes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and educational institutions.
