Job summary

Community Health Centers in Winter Garden, FL seeks a Training & Development professional to lead learning initiatives, develop e-learning platforms, and drive performance programs. This on-site role partners with cross-functional teams to design impactful curricula and measure effectiveness.

You will oversee New Hire Orientation and onboarding, coordinating logistics and engaging SMEs to enrich the process, with a focus on developing talent across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant training and development or HR experience.
• PHR or SPHR and CPLP preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering presentations in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Leads and evaluates learning, e-learning platforms, and performance initiatives using project management methods.
• Develops and structures training curricula with SMEs to align with organizational objectives.
• Oversees New Hire Orientation and onboarding logistics and partnerships.
