Job summary

Philips is seeking a Project Coordinator for Learning & Development in Plymouth, MN. You will support planning, coordination, and execution of L&D programs, including mentoring and intern initiatives, while managing logistics, data, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related roles, strong collaboration and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools. This is an office role requiring onsite presence in Plymouth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program administration, learning operations, or related roles.
• Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder partnership, communication and reporting, customer centricity, business acumen, learning agility, and ownership and accountability.
• Bonus: proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms).

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of IGTD Learning & Development programs and projects.
• Coordinate learning initiatives including mentoring programs, leadership development programs, and the local Intern Program.
• Manage program logistics: scheduling, registration, communications, surveys, materials, and action tracking.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, records, SharePoint sites, reporting data, and documentation.
• Collaborate with leaders, HR, universities, vendors, and external partners to collect data and prepare dashboards.
