Job summary

Philips in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Project Coordinator – Learning & Development to help execute the IGTD Learning & Development strategy. You will coordinate programs, projects, communications, reporting, and stakeholder engagement under the Director's supervision to deliver mentoring, intern, and leadership development initiatives.

Applicants should have 2+ years of related experience, strong organization and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program administration, learning operations, or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong skills in project coordination, stakeholder partnership, communication and reporting, customer centricity, business acumen, learning agility, and ownership and accountability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms) is a plus.
• Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of IGTD Learning & Development programs and projects.
• Coordinate mentoring programs, leadership development, local Intern Program and other L&D workstreams.
• Manage program logistics: scheduling, registration, participant communications, surveys, meeting materials, action tracking.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, records, SharePoint, reporting data, and documentation.
• Collaborate with leaders, HR, universities, vendors, and external partners; collect data and prepare dashboards.
