You are pursuing a BS/MS in HR, OD, L&D, I/O Psychology, Business, Education, or Communications. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and a passion for leadership development are a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR/OD/LOP/Business/Ed/Communications or related field.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent written/verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps; Copilot/Forms/SharePoint/Teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of learning and talent development initiatives across IGTD, including leadership development, onboarding, mentoring, intern programming, and learning strategy execution.
• Coordinate learning programs, registrations, surveys, communications, and development events with stakeholders.
• Create learning resources, facilitator materials, job aids, and communications, and analyze feedback and metrics for improvements.
• Gain hands-on experience with learning tech and AI-enabled learning solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and LinkedIn Learning.
