Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. seeks an L&D Projects and Programs Manager to lead cross-functional learning initiatives from planning through evaluation.

You will define scope, objectives, success metrics, and ensure program consistency with business needs across the organization. The role requires collaboration with HR, Operations, and subject matter experts and may involve up to 40% travel to stores and offsite trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of HR/L&D experience with increasingly strategic project management responsibility, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates, leads, and monitors cross-functional L&D project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Provides project leadership to design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs.
• Defines project scope, learning objectives, and success measures with L&D leaders and stakeholders.
• Ensures consistency in L&D programs and learning standards across the organization.
• Manages risks and dependencies and communicates progress, risks, and launch readiness to stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

Master’s degree preferred
