Summary of Job Description:The L&D Projects and Programs Manager leads cross-functional learning projects from planning through implementation and evaluation. This position defines project scope, deliverables, learning objectives, and success measures and ensures program consistency and effectiveness. The L&D Projects and Programs Manager manages risks and dependencies and partners with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business needs.Job Responsibilities:Creates, leads, and monitors cross-functional L&D project plans, including timelines, milestones, communication plans, and required documentation. Provides project leadership to support the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives.Determines project scope, deliverables, learning objectives, and success measures in partnership with L&D leaders, subject matter experts, HR partners, Operations, and other stakeholders.Ensures consistency in L&D programs, processes, and learning standards across the organization. Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness, recommending improvements that support scalability, sustainability, and alignment with business needs.Defines and manages project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
