Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Operations/HR Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects and enterprise-wide initiatives. You will develop and manage project plans, track milestones, and coach the HR Decentralized Learning team to elevate performance.

The role collaborates with Operations, Support Center, and SMEs, using tools like Monday.com to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of training, HR or restaurant operation experience with increasing project management responsibility.
• Valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
• Experience in retail/hospitality environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects and programs.
• Develop and manage project plans with scopes, timelines, budgets.
• Coach and develop HR Decentralized Learning team members.
• Use PM tools to organize workflows and track milestones.
• Prepare executive briefings and leadership presentations.
