Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in learning and development or operations, preferably in retail/hospitality.
• Successful completion of required trainings.
• Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials and course designs in collaboration with SMEs.
• Create and enhance job aids and assessments based on participant feedback.
• Evaluate learning programs' effectiveness using ROI and the Kirkpatrick framework.
