Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 0–4 years of experience in HR, Learning & Development, Training Coordination, HR Operations, or a related area.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with HR systems, learning platforms, spreadsheets, and other technology.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and support orientation programs.
• Administer learning systems, manage registrations, and maintain records.
• Provide day-to-day support for employee training initiatives.
• Generate training reports and assist with evaluating program effectiveness.
• Support training calendars, logistics, and communications for sessions.
