Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition initiatives supporting our North American R&D organization.

This role partners with business leaders to attract and hire world-class talent that drives innovation and future mobility solutions. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for diverse positions, develop strategic workforce plans, strengthen university partnerships, and build talent pipelines for

Qualifications

• 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.
• Budget management experience a plus.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, and vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Serve as strategic talent advisor to business leaders, providing expertise on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership, executive, and other critical roles.
• Design, manage, and continuously enhance the employee onboarding experience.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and cultivate relationships with universities and industry networks.
• Lead and manage university recruiting efforts, including career fairs and internships.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions.
• Manage contractor recruitment and vendor partnerships, ensuring effective hiring and onboarding processes.
• Partner with business leaders to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with goals.
• Oversee recruitment budgets, vendor contracts, and talent acquisition technologies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality of hire.
