Thermo Systems is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support day‑to‑day administration and execution of employee learning programs. You will handle LMS administration, training records, communications, onboarding support, and coordination of learning resources across the organization.

Working with the Senior Learning & Development Specialist, you will assist with content creation and delivery, exposure to instructional design, and leadership development initiatives as part of your

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in learning and development or related roles.
• Experience administering LMS and HR tech platforms.
• Experience creating training materials and presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer learning programs, including scheduling and enrollment.
• Manage LMS: course assignments, certifications, reporting.
• Support onboarding journey for new hires from preboarding onward.
• Assist with content development and training materials.
• Maintain training records and prepare participation reports.
