Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a Learning Technology Coordinator to administer Workday Learn, maintain curricula, learner records, and reports across the enterprise. You will partner with the L&D team, HRIS, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and a high-quality learning experience.

The role requires 2+ years in Workday Learning administration, strong attention to detail, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This on-site position is based in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Workday Learning administration, including learning assignments, learner transcripts, reporting, and learning operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality, and data integrity.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to support learners and stakeholders across the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn and navigate new technologies and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Learning Management System Administration: Administer and maintain Workday Learn, including course assignments, curricula, learning pathways, learner transcripts, and system configurations.
• Learning Operations & Learner Support: Provide day-to-day support to learners, managers, and stakeholders by responding to questions, resolving issues, and troubleshooting learning technology concerns.
• Reporting, Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate learning records and support data quality efforts to ensure the integrity of learning information and reporting.
