Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop L&D coordinators, set priorities and grow staff.
Collaborate with the generative‑AI learning team to plan and execute initiatives.
Identify manual processes and redesign for efficiency, scalability and AI support.
Promote practical adoption of generative‑AI tools in team workflows.
