Job summary

Acuity Insurance is seeking a Business Training & Development Program Manager to lead the design and coordination of role-based training and development programs that build the technical knowledge, skills, and capabilities employees need to succeed in their roles across Claims, Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Distribution, and other areas.

This role serves as the enterprise program and integration owner for learning, continuing education, professional development, and capability-building

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading enterprise training and development programs.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Compliance, and IT.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, coordination, execution, and improvement of role-based training programs.
• Coordinate staff functions learning initiatives and align with ongoing operations.
• Develop curricula, onboarding resources, continuing education plans, and professional development resources.
• Partner with Claims, Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Distribution, and other areas to identify capability needs and solutions.
• Oversee scheduling, registrations, and documentation for programs, including audits and compliance.
