Job summary

Allianz Life seeks a Learning & Development professional to design, deliver, and curate learner-centered programs using blended methods. You’ll manage projects, liaise with key stakeholders, and coordinate LMS logistics to measure impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration, quality reviews, and ongoing upskilling with AI tools. You will report to the Learning and Development Manager and contribute to a culture that values inclusive growth, cutting-edge learning solutions, and scalable programs

Qualifications

• Design, develop and curate learner-centric programs using multiple media and blended approaches.
• Partner with the business as a liaison or project manager for learning initiatives.
• Oversee learning logistics in LMS (SuccessFactors SAP) and other platforms.
• Review learning materials for accuracy and conduct observations for quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and curate blended learning programs (e-learning, instructor-led, videos).
• Lead or support projects with stakeholders to show business impact.
• Coordinate classroom and virtual logistics; manage LMS and platforms.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate peers; align with team and initiatives.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance digital and data-driven learning strategies.
