Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand priorities and define multi-quarter technology roadmaps.
• Drive employee experience design by translating needs into product strategies.
• Conduct vendor analyses and provide build-or-buy recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, PMs to translate requirements into designs.
• Use data and KPIs to guide prioritization and monitor adoption.
