Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager with Content Design experience to own the end-to-end content lifecycle for Last Mile Operations training. You will create, maintain, and optimize instructional content across modules, including Umbrella modules, MIAT, LEARN e-learnings, Canva materials, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience designing and developing training materials in all modalities including ILT, e-learning and video
• Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• 3+ years of experience developing interactive eLearning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise)
• 1+ years of experience creating visual training assets and designs using Canva

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing instructional content aligned to adult learning principles and Content Design Standards (CDS)
• Managing content intake, scoping, and delivery through Asana sprint planning
• Maintaining and updating existing content to reflect network process changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs
• Continuously identify ways to optimize efficiency in how training is developed, delivered, and maintained at scale, taking on broader initiatives spanning document writing, content development, piloting, impact measurement, change management, and network expansion
• Manage stakeholder relationships across program teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and cross‑functional partners to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Partnering with vendors and cross‑functional teams on animation, translation, and complex builds
• Contributing to team goals of 90%+ on‑time delivery, 90%+ First Pass Yield (FPY), and 4.0+ customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Supporting localization, content consolidation, and the team's transition toward AI‑assisted content development
