Job summary

Amazon’s Last Mile Learning & Development team seeks a Program Manager with Content Design to own end-to-end content lifecycle for training across multiple modalities. You will create, maintain, and optimize instructional content, coordinating with SMEs, vendors, and program teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong instructional design skills, experience building training at scale, and proficiency in Articulate 360, Storyline, and LMS platforms, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Design instructional content aligned to adult learning principles and CDS.
• Manage content intake, scoping, and delivery through Asana sprint planning.
• Maintain and update content reflecting SOP changes and network updates.
• Identify ways to optimize efficiency in training development and delivery, including AI-assisted content development.
