Job summary

Socure seeks a seasoned L&D/OD professional to own the design, launch, and scale of capability-building, growth, leadership development, and onboarding across five pillars. You will architect new programs, embed AI, and measure impact with dashboards to close skill gaps and move the business forward.

Lead end-to-end initiatives from concept to scale, partnering with People Partners, TA, and business leaders to ensure programs align with talent strategy and goals.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Learning & Development with programs built from scratch.
• Mastery of instructional design and leadership theory.
• Exceptional program management across multiple concurrent builds.
• Fluency with learning tech and LMS (LearnUpon).
• Strong analytics linking learning to business outcomes.
• High-impact communication and cross-functional influence.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-wide learning programs from scratch.
• Own the careers philosophy and internal mobility framework.
• Redesign and own the HiPo program end-to-end.
• Build leadership development programs and awards.
• redesign onboarding program—onboarding academy, not deck.
• Manage multiple concurrent program builds from concept to scale.
• Partner with People Partners, TA, and leaders to align with business goals.
• Build dashboards showing completion, mastery, ramp time, promotions.
• Own and evolve the learning technology stack, include AI tools.
• Stay ahead of theory and practice with external insights.
• Collaborate with Sales & Product Enablement for cohesive experience.
