Job summary
Leon Recruitment seeks an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design, develop, and deliver onboarding and training programs for a Fortune 200 company in Miami, FL. You will own content libraries, create interactive e-learning with Storyline 360, and collaborate with subject matter experts to optimize processes and performance.
You will lead onboarding, assess training effectiveness, and continuously improve offerings using adult learning principles and modern instructional design
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years in Learning & Development or related field.
- Experience creating instructional content and facilitating training for adult learners.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate, or similar tools.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging training materials.
- Create e-learning modules, instructor-led guides, SOPs, job aids, and videos.
- Develop interactive content using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Captivate.
- Collaborate with department leaders to translate processes into learning materials.
- Lead onboarding training and assess learning outcomes.
- Analyze training effectiveness and drive program improvements.
- Maintain centralized learning content library.
