Corrigan Krause CPAs and Consultants is seeking a proactive Learning and Development professional to build, implement, and oversee our firm’s curriculum. This role ensures courses meet quality standards, support employee growth, and align with continuing professional education guidelines.

You will partner with HR and stakeholders to tailor learning experiences, manage the LMS, develop onboarding programs, and deliver webinars while applying adult learning principles to maximize learner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development with instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital learning.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Teams, and LCvista.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and communication.

Responsibilities

• Strategize training needs with stakeholders and HR.
• Manage the learning management system and in‑house university.
• Design courses with appropriate learning styles and audiences.
• Ensure compliance with licensing training requirements.
• Develop firm-wide orientation and onboarding curricula.
• Create webinars and support learners.
• Collaborate with team members on learning projects.
• Stay current on instructional design trends.
