Job summary

CoreCivic is seeking a Manager of Learning and Development in Minnesota to lead staff training, supervise instructors, and ensure compliance with program standards. The role focuses on delivering high-quality learning while maintaining records and safety in an institutional setting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience in a criminal justice field.
• One year of experience in training, classroom instruction or curriculum development.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Knowledge of learning management platforms preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize staff learning and development activities in compliance with policies, procedures, rules and standards.
• Select qualified instructors and ensure content consistency with approved lesson plans.
