Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years’ related experience.
• Knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Knowledge of training methods, tools, and techniques including various delivery formats.
• Demonstrated competency transforming subject matter expert interviews into content.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform classroom training in virtual and live environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with PD leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
• Develops and revises programs related to Product Development processes.
• Facilitates advanced and technical sessions across Product Development and cross-functional areas.
• Designs and produces training materials for various formats.
• Delivers training content and assesses training effectiveness.
