Job summary

Paylocity, a cloud-based HR and payroll software leader, seeks a Senior Manager Learning and Development Ops to design and deliver product and client training. You will build engaging modules, job aids, and performance support tools for administrators, employees, managers, and Paylocity teams.

You will supervise the L&D team, align training with the GTM strategy, and drive readiness for large-scale changes and launches, partnering with Product, Operations, Service, and executives to measure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 5+ years leading an L&D team and delivering results.
At least 7+ years of training/design experience.
Strategic thinker with experience coaching and managing people.
Able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of product and client training initiatives.
Develop innovative training solutions, modules, and performance tools.
Oversee learning strategy, audience discovery, program design, and delivery.
Drive readiness for large-scale organizational changes and product launches.
Partner with Product, Operations, Service, and leadership teams to ensure impact.
