Bigos Management Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Intern in Golden Valley, MN. The role focuses on training administration, content support, and event logistics to support a culture of learning across the organization.

The intern works closely with L&D Business Partners on administrative tasks behind training delivery and onboarding, in a full-time, temporary role lasting about six months. Recent graduates with relevant bachelor’s degrees are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Property management experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Audit, track, create, and update training content and materials.
• Upload and maintain content in the LMS; track completion and run reports.
• Monitor LMS for incomplete training and send reminders.
• Maintain registration records for internal and external learning opportunities.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and escalate when needed.
• Administer education/tuition reimbursement process and track status.
• Track employee certifications and renewal deadlines; send reminders.
• Assist with onboarding learning plans and progress tracking.
• Support training sessions and classes.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and conferences.
