Job summary

The·TEAM in Illinois is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring key leadership and development programs to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience in program planning, participant communications, events, and onsite experiences.

You’ll work with team members, facilitators, vendors and participants, gaining a behind-the-scenes view of creating great learning experiences. This paid/unpaid internship offers practical exposure and collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to receive academic credit from a U.S.-based college or university.
• Open to undergraduate and graduate students.
• Internship runs Winter/Spring 2027 schedule (Jan 26, 2027 – Apr 30, 2027).

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life from planning to live execution.
• Assist with timelines, dates, facilitator needs, and project plans using tools like Asana.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Create and prepare materials participants will use.
• Coordinate in-person aspects like venues, hotels, catering, AV, swag and activities.
