No two weeks will look the same. You might help prepare for an upcoming program, coordinate with facilitators, build participant materials, organize an offsite experience, or support a live training. You’ll work closely with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants and get a behind‑the‑scenes look at what it takes to create a great learning experience.

What You'll Do

  • Keep projects moving by helping manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans using tools like Asana
  • Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys
  • Help create and prepare materials participants will use throughout their programs
  • Get involved in the details that make in‑person experiences run smoothly, including venues, hotels, food and beverage, AV, swag, dinners, supplies, and participant activities
  • Work alongside team members, facilitators, and external partners on a mix of short and long‑term projects

What We're Looking For

  • Someone who is highly organized and pays attention to the details
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and moving pieces
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools
  • An interest in learning and development, leadership development, employee experience, events, or program management
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana is helpful, but not required
