Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development with program or project coordination.
- Experience developing training content and learning materials (instructional design).
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop learning programs focused on leadership development and soft skills.
- Manage LMS (Cornerstone) activities including course setup, registrations, and communications.
- Analyze learning feedback, evaluations, and survey data quarterly to recommend improvements.
