The ideal candidate will translate learning needs into structured programs, create engaging training content, and manage LMS activities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development with project coordination experience.
• Experience developing training content and learning materials.
• Ability to interpret learning data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs focused on leadership development and soft skills.
• Create and enhance training materials including presentations and job aids.
• Manage LMS (Cornerstone) activities including course setup and registrations.
• Analyze learning feedback, evaluations, and survey data quarterly.
