Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking an L&D Specialist to own learning projects end-to-end, partnering with stakeholders to design experiences that align with real needs. You’ll manage the Thrive LMS, curate content, and use data to drive improvements, including exploring AI to accelerate development.

You’ll join a small, collaborative team with opportunities to lead sessions, grow professionally, and contribute to shaping a culture of learning and human flourishing.

Qualifications

• Mastery: 2–4 years’ experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching or people development.
• Communication: builds relationships, asks good questions, and communicates clearly to diverse audiences.
• Leadership: takes initiative, navigates ambiguity, makes decisions and grows in capability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to explore growth opportunities and shape learning solutions.
• Design, test and improve engaging, discovery-led learning experiences; pilot ideas and refine based on feedback.
• Keep Thrive/LMS running smoothly, manage content, support users and report on learning data.
• Embrace AI to design and deliver learning more efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Facilitate learning sessions and contribute to a broad range of L&D initiatives.
