Job summary

WRITER is seeking a Lead Learning Experience Designer to own fast-paced, high-volume course design focused on short, targeted learning modules. You will deliver live and virtual trainings, build standalone courses, and collaborate across product and SME teams to keep content relevant and timely.

You will create video-based instruction with your own voice, adapt content across delivery modes, and help scale the rapid-response learning track within the LXD team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design
• Ability to design compact, 15–45 minute courses
• Experience with fast-paced, sprint-based development
• Strong facilitation and live training delivery skills
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
• A portfolio demonstrating video-based teaching with your voiceover/on-camera work

Responsibilities

• Design and build standalone, 15–45 minute courses in short sprints
• Own the full design lifecycle from needs analysis to publish
• Deliver live and virtual trainings with adaptability
• Repurpose content for multiple delivery modes
• Scan for emerging learning needs and balance proactive vs reactive work
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and SMEs to move courses quickly
• Produce video-based instructional content with your own voice and face
• Create video-based instruction with your own voiceover or on-camera presence.
