Job summary

Laminar Projects is seeking an L&D Specialist to own learning projects end-to-end, partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, design learner-centred experiences, pilot, and refine based on feedback. You’ll keep Thrive running, manage content, and use AI to accelerate learning design and delivery.

You’ll join a small, collaborative L&D team, report to the L&D Lead, and grow through diverse projects across the organisation. We value curiosity, initiative and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching, people development or consultancy.
• Interest in learning technology (AI) and how it can enhance design/delivery.
• Degree in Behavioural Science / Organisational Psychology / Educational Psychology / L&D or related field is a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to explore growth opportunities and shape learning solutions.
• Design, test and refine engaging, discovery-led learning experiences.
• Maintain Thrive content, support users, monitor learning data and report on insights.
