Job summary

SKG Properties is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, develop and deliver learning programs with SMEs, while supporting change adoption in a fast-paced project environment.

Initially, the role focuses on generalist duties including light-touch facilitation, basic change support, and LMS management, with a clear path toward advanced instructional design, digital learning, and structured change management.

Qualifications

• Minimum: National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in HR, Education, Training & Development or related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Education.
• Accredited Facilitator certification (ETDP SETA).
• Prosci Change Management Certification or similar (advantageous for growth).
• 4 years experience in L&D, including design and delivery of training programs.
• Exposure to project management environments and digital learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs in collaboration with SMEs.
• Initial focus on generalist responsibilities: light-touch facilitation, basic change support, and LMS management.
• Evolve into advanced instructional design, digital learning, and structured change management.
• Manage LMS: course uploads, user tracking, and reporting.
• Continuously improve content based on learner feedback and evolving L&D practices.
