You'll help run L&D programs, manage enrollments, track participation, and keep content organized as you grow in a fast-paced energy and AI infrastructure company.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience; internships or relevant coursework welcome
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Curious about learning technology and LMS proficiency

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for L&TD programs
• Manage LMS enrollment, completions, and reporting
• Support vendor coordination, calendar management, and program tracking
• Maintain L&TD content library and ensure materials are accessible
• Draft internal communications and program announcements
• Support onboarding logistics for new hire learning experiences
• Assist with data collection and reporting on participation and effectiveness
• Partner with L&TD team on day-to-day operations
