Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is hiring an Learning & Development Coordinator at the Entry IC level in San Francisco. You will keep LTD programs running smoothly, handle LMS administration, and support onboarding and communications across the People function.

The role is ideal for someone organized, curious about learning tech, and eager to grow within HR/L&D. Proficiency in Google Suite and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience; internships or coursework in HR, education, or communications welcomed.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Curious about learning technology and eager to develop LMS proficiency.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficient in Google Suite; familiarity with Slack and project tools is a plus.
• Genuine interest in people development and a career in L&D or HR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for LTD programs and initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day LMS administration including enrollment, completions, and reporting.
• Support vendor coordination, calendar management, and program tracking.
• Maintain the LTD content library ensuring materials are current and accessible.
• Draft internal communications, newsletters, and program announcements.
• Support onboarding logistics for new hire learning experiences.
• Assist with data collection and reporting on participation and effectiveness.
• Partner with the LTD team for day-to-day operational needs.
